Inferior? What is it that you think we feel inferior about? There are lots of things about, say, Norway, that I wish we had in Scotland. But far from hating them, I admire them. There's nothing I want from England, apart from to step out of the way, so we can regain our sovereignty and manage our own affairs.

As far as individuals go, I treat them as they treat me. I don't dislike anyone based on their nationality.

And that's the attitude that will see England Scotland Wales and Ireland infested with the dross of the world and turned into 3rd world countries. See the bigger picture and as before unite to defend our islands to defeat the common enemy, then look to becoming individual countries with a treaty to unite in defence of mutual beliefs. @@wjcr1964 We get free prescriptions and tuition because taxes are a little higher in Scotland. We pay for it. But lots of English mistakenly believe they subsidise it. The solution is simple. Start a independence movement in England. Become an independent country, and then true or false, you won't be subsudising Scotland. We in Scotland don't want money in exchange for losing our democracy.

Odd just how many English people have moved to Scotland - about 12% of people living here, according to the recent census. It makes sense why a lot of Scots have moved south. The capital city of the UK, for now, until we get independence, is in London. So a lot of Scots have to move there for work. But since none of the three largest UK cities are in Scotland, why do so many English people choose to move to Scotland? Because they actually like the country, and it's not just for work reasons.

Every time you lose a match English fans blame everything, from the ref, to the other team, even their own players and manager, but won't simply accept that the better team won because they are a better team. You'll never hear a Scotsman who won't admit our team's a pile of shit. We love our team, but we're not deluded, we're not very good. England's a mid tier team, and the majority of its fans think its top tier.

In the last election, 2021, 51% of Scots, more if you just include those born and raised in Scotland, voted for the SNP and other pro-independence parties. Why do British Nationalists hate Scottish people so much?

Nothing "dream" about independence. Most countries are independent. Scotland was independent for most of our history. And we will be again, after we leave the union. Despite what anti-Scottish British Nationalists like you think.

@@dylancarter1831 We don't need to tank the economy, Dylan. The UK's already done that. Thrice in a decade. First came austerity, AND increasing the national debt, somehow at the same time. Then came Brexit. Then came the mini budget to give the wealthiest a massive tax break. The public services are dire. The economy's slipping down the list of world economies, and the currency is 20% smaller than it was in 2014. And your government's broken so many laws, and lied to its sovereign monarch, locked up the population while it held exclusive parties in Downing Street. Then you mention subsidies, which is a lie. But let's pretend it's true, does it embarrass you that your money's no good to us? We still want to leave, despite the bribes to stay. And how much money would China have to offer you, to give up your right to elect a government and hold it accountable? How much would Beijing or Washington have to give you, to move Westminster from London to China or America? Would you take such an offer? If not, why should Scotland?

@@dylancarter1831 And also, I do find it amusing, just how hypocritical you lot are. You took us out of the EU for far less. You'd never tolerate having a superior parliament over your own country. A government you never elected, and could never remove. You wouldn't accept it but we're the "joke" for merely wanting our sovereignty back.

Well, to put it blunt, it was you lot who came to take us over, a number of recent PM's were Scottish, thirdly, if you go, you can't rely and use the pound and don't expect the UK taxpayers to bail you out. And what's left of North Sea is also around the Shetlands, so we should give them an independence vote, and then if they do choose independence, they get to keep large swaths of oil. The only reason you all get free this and that is the funding from London. You lot get back more than you give.
